Kingsbury Electric's Annual Meeting will be held on the 3rd Monday in April.
As a member-owned business, members are encouraged to attend and exercise their right to vote for by-laws and directors running for the next term. At the annual meeting, members elect directors, witness reports and transact other such business as may come before the membership.
The Annual Meeting will be held at the De Smet Event Center. Registration begins at 5:30, Meal Served at 5:45, Business Meeting beginning at 6:45.
